Refund & Return Policy
At IRAH, we take great care in creating and preparing each order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Returns Due to Fit, Sizing, or Change of Mind:
If you wish to return an item because it is not the right size, fit, or style for you, you are welcome to do so within 14 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping costs for returns due to sizing, fit, personal preference, or change of mind.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as IRAH cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
Once reviewed and approved, IRAH will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping and offer either:
• A replacement item (subject to availability), or
• A full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and successfully inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements, including being unworn, unused, in its original condition, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Gift cards
• Items returned without original tags
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration after delivery
• Items returned outside of the 14-day return period
