Refund & Return Policy
At IRAH, we take great care in creating and preparing each order. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
Upon review, we will offer either:
- A replacement item (subject to availability), or
- A full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Items returned without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery
